Our mission is to promote equality, diversity and representation throughout the racing and equestrian industry.

Through a combination of social campaigning and working on a variety of core projects we are tackling discrimination, promoting inclusive practices and increasing participation across the entire community: from elite sport to grassroots involvement, and across a variety of careers within the industry.
